The School Sports Partnership offer training each year for determined young leaders to take the next step in their development by focusing on a specific sport. Training for 2015 is on February 12th, please speak to your Head of Department to book a place.
The aim of the County Young Coach Academy (CYCA) is to identify, support and develop our coaches of the future by offering a programme of training, personal development and mentoring support delivered by experienced coaches. Training will be held this year to support those leaders that will be leading or officiating at the L3 County School Games. Training will be at Stoke Mandeville Stadium on the 1st December. Please speak to your Head of Department to book a place.
The Young Ambassador programme seeks to develop young leaders and volunteers by giving them the responsibility of being an ambassador for PE and school sport. In many schools the role is held in the same esteem as a Head Boy or Head Girl, and the individual will form a vital link between the students, teachers, School Games Organisers.
